We ensure all physical intercepts meet high-fidelity standards. If there is a print error or a visible quality defect in your gear, we will authorize a replacement or refund.
To initiate a resolution: Provide clear photographic data of the item on a flat, well-lit surface and transmit it to: digitalechoes@proton.me or dragongirl-x-shop@support.fourthwall.com. This step is required for a speedy system resolution.
Note: Because all units are made to order (fabricated specifically for your requisition), we do not accept general returns or sizing-related exchanges.
[CANCELLATIONS]
Product Orders: Every item is fabricated specifically for you. If you need to amend or cancel your requisition, use the link provided in your [CONFIRMATION_SIGNAL] email. You may edit your order at any time before it enters the production phase. Once received, you have 30 days to report any quality discrepancies.
Donations & Tips: Financial contributions and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the transaction is authorized.
[DAMAGED_ITEMS]
For the fastest resolution, include your Order Number and a photograph demonstrating the defect. Optimal captures are taken on a flat surface with the product tag and the error clearly visible.
Report to:

Product Orders: Non-refundable except in cases of verified quality failure.

PayPal: Refunds will appear in your balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Refunds will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Locked Messages/Digital Data: Non-refundable. If you encounter a decryption error (access issue), contact support for troubleshooting.

International requisitions may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by your local jurisdiction. Digital Echoes cannot calculate these in advance. You are responsible for all local customs payments required to release your package.
