By accessing the Digital Echoes Depot, you agree to the following operational parameters:

[01_REQUISITIONS] All products are "Made to Order." Once a requisition (order) enters the production phase, it cannot be canceled. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping coordinates.

[02_INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY] All visual data, AI intercepts, and tactile designs are the property of Digital Echoes. Unauthorized reproduction of "Director-level" assets is prohibited.

[03_PAYMENTS_&_TAXES] You agree to pay all listed costs at checkout. For international deployments, you are solely responsible for local customs, duties, and import taxes.

[04_LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY] Digital Echoes is not liable for system delays caused by third-party logistics or "acts of God." Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of your item.

[05_TERMINATION] We reserve the right to terminate access to the Depot for any user who attempts to bypass security protocols or engage in fraudulent activity.
